With this bluefin tuna belly ham, Maison Dehesa once again demonstrates its creativity and excellence. The tuna is sustainably fished in the Gulf of Cadiz, then salted and smoked in the Japanese style using a combination of two traditional techniques.
It is then cut with a knife into extra-thin slices worthy of the finest charcuterie. With this cut, in addition to making an attractive preparation on the plate, the fat of the belly, the best part of the tuna, expresses all its finesse.
The red tuna ham is ready to be eaten. Use it as a sashimi, or as an exceptional charcuterie.
