Cadours Violet Garlic boasts its stunning purple tunic featuring dreamy blueish purple lines. Its large, round shape is complemented by generous ivory cloves, sometimes with a subtle hint of blueish purple.
It is the oldest garlic in France. It comes into season in July and keeps easily until February if you store it at room temperature in the kitchen.
